Michael Woods

Principal Lawyer

Mr. Woods is the principal of this law firm. Mr. Woods holds an Honours B.A. in Economics and graduated from the Joint L.L.B and M.B.A. program offered by Osgoode Hall and the Shulich School of Business at York University in 1986. Since completing this program in 1986, and being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1988, he has been a practicing lawyer focusing on real estate and mortgage law, business and securities law, and wills and estates.

Ian Cunliffe

Book keeper

Mr. Cunliffe is responsible for administering mortgages and general book keeping at Woods Law. He has been with Woods Law in this capacity since 2004.

Lynne Woods

Office Manager

Mrs. Woods is the Office Manager at our firm and also works as a legal secretary assisting Mr. Woods in closing residential real estate files. She has been with Woods Law since 2002 in this capacity. Our clients are always impressed with the conscientious and courteous manner in which she handles their affairs.
